1.1 update

I thought I'd consider the 1.0 release to be the official first release, but there were more tweaks I wanted to do. I also hoped to implement proper touchscreen controls, but it will require more research.
- Lasso properly detaches when no longer touching the object.
- If the lassoed object gets destroyed by the boss, you stop lassoing and the lasso is destroyed.
- Lowered player's health from 6 to 4 as a difficulty adjustment.
- Renamed "Heel" playstyle to "Dastardly" to use a more familiar term.
- Lasso Lad's evil stash appears when your playstyle is set to Dastardly.
- Removed flavor text from playstyles to see if playstyles are more enticing to read.
- Added a little more flair to the boss' pre-dive bomb animation.
- Updated the front-facing boss sprite to have dizzy eyes.
- Stopped player movement during the "finishing move" to see if it creates less confusion about what to do.
- Pressing the "Shift" key in the Instructions hides the background (although I forgot to make it turn back on if you press the key again...). It's a stop-gap accessibility feature until I make a proper Settings screen.
